If mediation does not result in resolution within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by a single arbitrator under the Arbitration Act of Ontario. The arbitration shall take place in Toronto, Ontario, and shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.
